I called the number back after they called me 3 times in a row and it was a recording that said “Thank you for calling CPS, this is Avery, how can I help you today?” I said “I’m sorry who is this?” And the recording repeated so I just sat there and then nothing else.

Calls every day each day from a slightly different number and it’s automated so you can’t get your number removed
