The same person keeps calling me at my office and I work for the Federal Government, our calls are screened and if it gives up they will have to deal with them. Harassing say I need an attorney, I do not owe them anything, Plus I filed Chapter 7 because of this crap and have reported the same number to the FTC and Marshalls office. So it better stop.

This person called my job and cell on this day stating they where from Federal Legislative Dept. The number showed as being from Cleburne ,Tx. The message was taken at 0856hrs.They were asking to talk to me or my attorney. I did not talk to this person but a message was left on my voicemail and my co worker taken a message tell them I was out . The person had a very thick dialect and the person did not speak english well on each call. I reported an incident that happen with another like this on the FBI site on monday. On monday ,this same person or persons made threats to my livelihood and I felt it was very inappropriate.

Called saying that they were with the Legislation Department of the US Marshall Service and demanding money. I made sure to report them to the *real* US Marshalls and the FTC. Make sure you do, too.

And don't bother calling back. The guy who picked up said he was the "super man" (Michael Rodriguez).
