It’s a “Pay to Play” crime
More Federal violations as they illegally spoof consumers callerID readout, causing consumers to report and even sue innocent people.
They additionally engage in illegal “revenue sharing” with dialers, and phone carriers.
They are also most likely violating their own State Corporation Laws, and committing credit card processing fraud. (credit card laundering).
Robo-dialers and “cardholder services” criminals freely continue to violate TCPA, TSR and the RICO Act-
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act U.S.C. Title 18, Chapter 96 § 1962:
