PORTFOLIO RECOVERY IS A DEBT COLLECTOR. THEY ARE RELENTLESS AND ABUSIVE. THEY USE UPWARDS OF 50 DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL FROM. ONE SITE LISTED THE MAJORITY OF THESE.
