Caller identified himself as a Sprint representative and stated I was receiving a credit of $99 to my next bill. He just needed me to identify the pin on my account. I jokingly informed him it was 12345 and he asked me was I sure. I told him, no, that wasn't it but I would call them back on the regular Sprint customer service line. He became irritated saying "mam, no I just need you to verify the pin. Again, I told him I would be calling him back on SCS line. He seemed to have become irritated saying he just needed the pin. I laughed and hung up. However beware because when you call the number back the recording even says Sprint. Upon contacting Sprint they state this number has no affiliation with them and is fraudulent. #Blocked #Sprint Scammers #Not Legit #No Sprint Affiliation

Caller id "Customer Care" pick up but nobody answers. This has happened several times over the last two months

recording said my banking account has been flagged for security -- please enter banking account pin number now -- I'm not the brightest bulb but geez - I did hang up
