The only red light ticket I have ever had has been paid. No reason for them to call weird.

Just received a call stating I owed on a traffic ticket. Number came from Arlington Texas when I informed them that tickets do not go to collections the man became angry. Asked for their license number comes back to Burbank California. Not licensed to work in Texas. Advised him if I get one more phone call I will file a warrant for fraud and attempted theft as I am in law enforcement.

they call and on the rare occasion I answer they do not speak - no reason to be calling me as I have excellent credit and owe nobody anything.......screw them!

Would always call and hang up, never left a message. Had to look up number to find out who it was.

They recover debt.
