This was a Health Insurance Robocall. The women in the prerecorded messaged said her name is Ann. I didn't press one to talk to a scammer but I did find a Youtube video posted on 8/16/18 by someone who did.

In the video the company name was identified as “Health Enrollment Center” and the call back number that was provided was (954) 440-4347.

I have had a call from this company several times. I have pushed 2 to be put on their DNC list, but they keep calling.
