They constantly call me 5 times a day regarding my student loan and that I need to act fast to get a reduction rate or it would expire today.
Don't
Them
Received 7th call today in a span of less than 8 hours.
Received 6 calls today. No message left. Calls at least 3 to 4 times a day.
These are persons claiming to be working the Department of Education, (student lending services) in removing your existing student debt. This is completely false, all that they can do, is to get you into an IBR or PAYE whichever is more suited to your earning, the only difference being that you can do it yourself and not have to pay them hundreds of dollars to do so, this is why they are calling you so much, not for your benefit, but rather for theirs.
You can ask that they not call you again, but they will continue to do so or forward your number and info on to another number where the process will be repeated over and over again. This is one of many numbers that has contacted me "illegally" with my having expressly stated that I am on a do not call list, and I want no future calls from this company from this number or any others, so the repeated calls are illegal by definition in my opinion. But if anyone wants the other phone numbers they are as follows: 773-231-5067, 215-399-1513, 424-672-4427, 267-687-0778, 310-929-2508, 720-399-4318, 310-358-5127.
