A call from this La Crescenta VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was a recorded message touting energy savings -- a longstanding scam operation.

This same predator also phones from another La Crescenta VOIP number, (818) 275-9222. SHAME ON YOU!
