Marie Andrade Works for aprocessagaents.com and the owner is Moe Azari. We called his office and made a complaint and he denied his involvement but his name showed up in the form that Marie sold to my employee as a registered agent. We tried calling Marie and she stopped answering our calls. We called aprocessagents after that and he does not return our calls either.

SCAM ARTISTS. We are currently disputing our transaction.

She works for A+ Agents of Process and they are running a scam to sell BOC-3 online for a lot more than what they sell on their website

Scammer who is an employee of aprocessagents.com and works for this foreign guy with the name Moe Azari.
Both of them are scammers and they pretend to be a government employee and want to sell BOC-3.
Please learn some English before trying to call and annoy us over the phone.

Marie Andrade AKA Sheila Andrade works for A+ Agents of Process.

Called us multiple times in a row and tried to sell us BOC3 by saying that she is a government employee. Marie and her employer A+ Agents of Process are two dishonest individuals who pretend to be a government employee in order to sell their product on the phone at a higher price by harassing people.

I also received a call from Marie Andrade from phone number 818-292-0900. on Sunday 2/4/2018 at 10:30 A.M. after having filed my application for Authority with the USDOT - FMCSA. She said she was a USDOT employee and that in order to complete my application; I had to pay an additional $275.00 for a BOC3 and UCR . I gave her my credit card and shortly thereafter received a receipt that I noticed was processed through CAYAN credit card processing services. Shortly after that I received a receipt again from email: marie@interstatetransportauthorityllc.com. I researched this company name ( Interstate Transport Authority, LLC ) and found it registered in Colorado to an Autumn Marie Andrade under which she is listed as her own Agent of Process at 4400 Monaco Street #215 Denver CO 80237. Articles of Organization ( ID Number 20111212904 ) were filed 04/08/2011 but she failed submit a periodic report and is delinquent. She may be operating the business illegally. She also has different numbers she uses when calling people and they are 818-292-8211 and 303-667-4458 so beware.

Today Monday I called the Office of the Inspector General at 800-424-9071 and reported her because she is misrepresenting herself as a Government DOT employee and taking people's money under that pretense. I urge anyone that she has told she is a government employee; to report her even if she did not take any money from you. If you don't; she will continue to operate this way.

I would like to add that today I checked on the government system to see what company had filed my BOC-3 and I saw it was done by A+ Agents of Process, Inc. I called their toll free number 866-392-4657 and spoke to the owner Moe Gahvachipoor who I think is Middle Eastern and who told me that Autumn Marie Andrade has not worked for him in years. I asked him why then would he have her listed on his roster of Process agents and allow her to use his Company to file BOC-3s . He abruptly hung up. I went to this company's website and saw that they advertise the BOC-3 for $27.00 and I was charged $125.00 by Autumn Marie Andrade.
