Automated Recording selling Senior Safety Medical Alert Systems. Instead of just pressing # at end of recording opted to talk to an operator. They refused to give any information beyond the web site, http://seniorsafealert.com/ There web site gives no address or contact information.
A search of the whois search on that domain shows the following as the owner of atleast the domain:
