Calling this number back get a message that is a disconnected number. Red flag #1 that you are dealing with a crook!
REAL businesses have numbers that WORK and that are PUBLISHED!!! Scammers just want to get your money then RUN and HIDE - just like these a$$holes!!

this is a robo call from a mortgage modification scammer. they are phishing for financial info from distressed home owners. this is an up front fee scam.
this type of up front fee has been illegal since January 2011. This has not stopped this type of scammer from still using this method. most victims of this type scam are too embarassed to report this crime. dont be. these scammers should be put in jail. report them!!

Same old mortgage mod scammer calling - this time with a new twist. "Sy" left a message to call him at this new number if I was interested in getting ripped off - I mean looking to get a mortgage modification - 310-561-0044. I sure these rip off artists would love to finally get some victims in their pipeline. Then they could go out and be able to afford some crack to smoke. Same old scammers - new tactic.

wow. everyone here submitted their phone numbers because they cant afford their mortgage costs yet cant seem to get their own modification...because you cannot do it alone!!! if you actually gave some small business a chance; instead of being ripped off you might actually find that there are some legit people out there. paranoid...and sad to hear. this company is legit and you all will be screwed in a few months because you have no time to hear that truth.
