Having a local caller ID, I answered ... no one there, then disconnect (from their end... probably no one in the call center to nab me)
I called the number back after checking here. The voice message says "Thank you for contacting your local energy referral company..."
I've blacklisted using WhitePages ID app (as this was on my cell phone).
