A man has called our human resources offices numerous times. The number of the led comes up as (875)589-1027 and they provide an office number as (818) 532-9027. He says his name is John Dibbs but has used different names in the past. He has a distinctive indian accent and is exceedingly rude and verbally abusive to our office staff. He YELLS AND SHOUTS that he must speak with a worker regarding COLLECTIONS for their personal/private banking accounts and issues that have nothing to do with the office. He does not have any signed creditor release, nor able to send any official court documentation warrenting a paycheck garnishment. We cannot assist him as he does not have the proper paperwork! We cannot release data without signed release from our workers, but we can try to pass along a phone message. HE YELLS AND SCREAMS at our phone receptionist and we are looking to pursue legal options to stop the abusive calls.
