The call is a recoreded message saying that my credit card accounts are fine, but that this is my last chance to call to get my interest rates
lowered. I press 1 to talk to someone, I begin telling them that I don't ever want them to call me again and they hang up. I have litterally received hundreds of these calls over the last year.

I have received more than 450 "lower your credit card interest rate" calls on my unlisted - Do Not Call registered cell phone. They are now calling 4 to 5 times per day. These calls have been increasing ever since the FCC has taken action against the 7 robocall spammers.
Slapping them with a fine that they do not have to pay isn't going to deter them at all. You need to go after them in CRIMINAL court for the advance fee fraud and the identity theft.

It was my old pal Ann from Account Services. She calls from several different numbers several times a week. It's an automated message about lowering my interest rates. It's just BS.
