I finally got a live person...It's for Amazon.com to become an affiliate with them...if you signed up to become a partner (which I never did) this is what they are calling about.

Receive calls from this number 8-10 times daily. When I answer, there's no response. If I call back, they hang up right away.

they start calling me at 5:20 am and continue approx every 1 1/2 hrs afterwards. they do not say anything (robocalls) and when you call them back, they conveniently can't answer the phone due to 'technical difficulties". people who do this should be put in jail with a phone constantly ringing with no one on the other end. they've been reported to the national do not call list. i hope these people get shut down, this is harassment.
