scam call - played a message that this call was from a "mediation service" about my mortgage having a "past due" status. This was funny for several reasons - first, I'm not 'past due' on anything, second I'm on the DNC List and third - my mortgage has been paid off since 2004 and I have the paperwork to prove it.
These crack heads just call around trying to scam people into giving out personal and financial info and getting charged upfront fees (in violation of the law) for 'services' that you could do for FREE yourself.
just another scam from the baboons in the cubicles.
