A live person identifying herself as Julie insistently offered home remodeling services. When I told her she was breaking the law by calling my number which IS on the "Do Not Call" list she entirely ignored me and spoke over me, asking if I was considering remodelling my kitchen or bathroom. I had to scream to make myself heard, telling her I don't even live in California anymore (which is true). This is NOT their first or even their 3rd call!! They've promised before to remove my phone number from their list - which they obviously have not done. Julie also lied, saying I had told her to call back, when we allegedly spoke in Janaury, which is also a lie. She may have identified the company name but she spoke so quickly the company name was unclear. It might have been American Construction or something like that.

Caller was soliciting home remodeling business. Said she'd spoken to me before, which was untrue. Said she'd obtained our phone number through Lowe's and Home Depot. When I asked the name of her company she hung up on me.

male caller said he was "Tony", that he had talked to me a few months earlier and I asked him to call back to give estimates on construction work. THIS IS NOT TRUE!
We have gotten numerous other calls from these people but I do not have specific day/time info, just hang up.
