This was an automated robo-call: "Hi, this is Rachel from Cardholder services. There's nothing wrong with your account..." I pressed 1 to speak to a person but the line rang and rang and I was never connected to anyone.
The called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
