Here’s what we need to do!!! Buy a cheap “throw-away” cell phone. Next time they call, press 1, talk with the person for a while, make like you’re falling for the scam. Then ask to have them call you back on the “throw-away” cell, make up an excuse of some sort. Then once they get your “throw-away” cell, forward all calls to The White House, or Department of Justus, or along those lines. Once they start getting these calls, they might put the weight of the federal government into shutting these jerks down!!!

Arkansas sues robocallers:

Missouri sues robocallers:
http://www.legalnewsline.com/news/236974-koster-sues-five-companies-over-calls
Proof that current laws mean nothing to these scum suckers, same companies that have been sued in the past:

http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2011/12/roycox.shtm

Write our Congress and Senate. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in jail, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.
Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.
