Automated call from "card member services" telling me this was my last notice to lower interest rate on all cards. Said several notices had been sent via mail. This is not the case. Said have to have minimum of $3000 on card(s). Was given option to press 1 to get rep. No option to press a # to be removed from the call list. Have received a bunch of calls from this # or similar. Realized that the only way the FCC can enforce the Do Not Call list is if people make official complaints all the time. Too bad it's such a pain to fill out the FCC form on their site. I think it deters a lot of people from making complaints. DNC list doesn't do much good if companies don't check their database against the DNC list before they start calling. Could easily be done via computer. I think the FCC must find a way to FORCE companies to check their call database against the DNC list.

they act like they have some vital info and they don't. When you act interested and actually speak to someone, they hang up on you as soon as they say hello.

Card Member Service = SCAM

They ask for your SS # & Credit Card number

These scammers will not stop calling you, and they call from different spoofed phone numbers
