I received an identical call from what sounded like a Middle Eastern, Indian man. Very thick accent. It was left on my voice mail for my husband. I have no idea how that happened. I called the number back because in the voicemail he said for my husband or his attorney to call him immediately and if they don't all he could say is good luck. Exacty what everyone else is saying. Very rude, yelling and I asked who he was calling for and he said his client, America Cash Advance. I told him when I called back that no such loan has been taken out and he said "Just have him call me or else." I said "Or else? What are you going to do from way over there? You sound like a scam to me." He then hung up. It's unnerving when you get calls like that even when you KNOW you haven't taken any such loan.

Had a phone call left voicemail from a very thick middle eastern man. he said that I have to call him or have my attorney call him NOW. If i do not call back then all I can say is good luck. VERY SCARY!!! how to I stop this

I just got the same call from a thick accent Middle Eastern named Charles Daniel, said the same thing...either call him back or have my attorney call, if I do not call back then he will only be able to say good luck. No idea who this is but not qa good thing to have going on. How do I stop this???

Left me a voicemail, very thick Middle Eastern accent giving the name Charles Daniel. Gave no company name or details. Said that if I don't call back or have my attorney call off-record, all he can do is "wish you luck as this situation unfolds on you." Had similar calls early this year, looking for money, threatening to take me to court if I don't pay on a loan I never even took out. They threaten and call you names. Very scary. They hasseled my employer, lawyer, and even my local police department.
