I just got a call from this company stating that I had better have an attorney, cause they have filed criminal charges against me. I asked him about what? He told me that I owed for a $400 payday loan that I had defaulted on. I asked him when it was that I supposedly did this? It was he said it was from US Payday cash. He said the charges were filed in Lincolnton N.C. county courthouse. I search their web site, and called them, they had never heard of me. Every time I asked him details about the case he said he couldn't tell me, and I could barely understand him.
My advise is if you get a call from these people, get the name and location of the courthouse where they claim they have charges filed against you, and contact them. Remember all court cases are public record, and if you have a pending court case you WILL be contacted by a officer of the court, long before the date not 2 days or a week before.

This number has been calling stating that I owe them money and would call my job ang get me fired
