call manager says from payphone---scam caller
very persistent
can't remember name of caller but had , what I thought to be, perhaps a Pakastian accent. Informed me that he wanted to help fix my computer, specifically mentioning, WINDOWS. Asked if my computer was turned on and wanted me to make sure it was on because I was receiving unwanted mail, etc. I said I would talk my computer to the "shop" for repairs when I needed to but he insisted that only he could do that. I hung up.
Caller: a male, can't remember name
I just had this same phone call. Claimed to be from Cisco. I told him I didn't believe this was a legit call and hung up. I'm now trying to find contact info for Cisco to report my suspicions that this is not legit.
