This man with a strong indian accent called threatening me that the higher authorities were coming to take me to jail for 3 criminal charges over a loan I recieved which i never actually took any loan. they had my place of employment my social they kept repeatedly calling my home and cell when i asked for a manager he tried to change the sound of his voice but his indian accent still came thru. It is all a scam and now they wont leave me alone and call from all different numbers. I have had to close my bank account and open a new one because with all the info they have who knows if they had that too. Its a major inconvienence

I missed the call and had a nasty voicemail so I called back assuming it wasn't legit. The guy was from India and when he told me why he had called I said that the company he was talking about I'd never heard of and could prove with my bank statements that I never borrowed money from them. He just got mad and hung up. I called back and asked for the number of the so called loan company and he wouldn't give it to me. He threatened to contact my employer and tell them what I had done (which is nothing!) He hung up on me again. SCAM!!!!!!

says for me or my lawyer to call back or yhey will feel sorry for me
