I inquired Life Alert for information. BIG MISTAKE! Now for the past several weeks I get multiple calls from different telephone numbers EVERY DAY. I have the ability to block 30 telephone numbers with my phone plan, I've used eight so far with LIFE ALERT!!
Caller: LIFE ALERT
They have called 3 times in less than 5 minutes. They don't leave a message, they just keep calling. I've blocked their number, this is very annoying, not the way to do business!
Once you contact them they will not stop calling. First as a courtesy call then about a week apart then a month apart. Finally I have just blocked the number.
