this person is calling my daughter in law threatening her life if she does not pay a 8000.00 loan my son has outstanding. My son is in the Army serving our country. This scammer is calling her more than 20 times a day and not just rude folks, he mentioned my name, her mothers name. He is threatening calling on young military wives hoping their husbands are away and literally use scare tactics to steal money from these military families. I filed a compliant with the California Federal Trade Commission but I think the FBI needs to get this guy fast. She was in tears, worn out and ready to pay when she contacted me. I told her he was a scammer. any debt collector goes through mail and credit bureaus. He called and harassed her on Mothers Day! How many young military wives don't have a mother or father to call just became victim of this horrible scammer who is obvious NOT AMERICAN!

Left a voice mail indicating that I or my attorney was to contact them "NOW" . Also indicated that if I did not return the call that it would fall on me. I plan to block this number. Not the first time I have received calls like this. They are extrememly rude. Person calling said their name was Paul McKinsey - really? I seriously doubt that someone with a HEAVY accent and broken English is named Paul McKinsey. Do not fall for this!!!!
