I did a payday loan in a pinch last year 2010. But did so through a well know payday loan company and I paid back my debt. Now this other place has continuously called my cell phone and home phone up to 10 times daily since last June. They tell me they gave me 300$ (LIE!!!) Then that I need to call the Federal Courts in L.A. California and that I need to come there with proof that they did not give me the money and that if I cannot make it then I can settle this so called 300 $ debt by sending them $5,000.00 (BULL S%%$$!!!!!!) Then proceed to tell me if I do none of these things then I will be arrested by a Federal Sheriff or one from my own city and they will do so at my place of employment and also they have left MULTIPLE (hundreds) of voice mails telling me they wish me luck in their Indian accents. I spoke to my credit union and they are aware of the problem. But these people have my social security number and my employment information that I used when I did apply for a loan with the legitimate company.. ANY ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO OR CAN I DO??????
