The company claims to be "Dynamic Recovery Solutions", a bottom feeding debt collector who purchases old (out of statute) and new debt and tries to collect on it. They usually call daily (if not more) attempting to collect on old debt(s) that have long since past their legal statute of limitation and are therefore UNCOLLECTIBLE. Typically they will phone/mail harass for several months until they sell the debt to another debt collection company for a repeat of these tactics. They may threaten you with litigation over the collection of the debt, but this usually proves too costly for them and is just that, a threat to harass you to pay. If you owe a new and active debt, then pay it. If it's old and past the statute of limitations in your state/jurisdiction, attempt to make them aware that you are aware of this, ask to be removed from their list and if they persists, consider legal advice. They are WELL AWARE if a debt is too old to collect or pursue but will attempt to collect it any way possible, including lies, threats and committing fraud. This is where seeking legal counsel can get you paid money for each infraction of the Fair Debt Collection Law through litigation in a court of law.
