If you have an Iphone, you can block that number from your phone. Go to your Phone - Recents - find the phone number you want to block - Click on the blue i w/circle (information) - Scroll down to "Block this Caller" - and you should be done. I've done this to all the phone numbers I believe are spam calls. Hope this helps.
Received the call minutes ago on 11-13-2014. As the above comments made earlier, the number is not in service.

First of all the call from a spoofed number that can not be redailed. They are selling Solar systems and have also come to our home. They try to give you the impression that they are from Edison.Somehow they have gotten Edison Customer service information on what you average monthly Edison bill is. I have called Edison complaining about these scum bags.
