I never answer unknown numbers and screen them with my answering machine. This recorded call started mid sentence, stated an appointment tomorrow at 9 am, and to call back. No company was named. I did not call back. This is a VoIP number. They are now blocked. Report spam calls to the FCC, Do Not Call, and any other sites you know.
