Another Ann from "Account Services" call. Hangs up as soon as you question the purpose. The new approach is for the caller to give their supposed name and claim they are from the Department of Customer Service. When I asked for her number she gave me a bogus number that I called with a different line while talking to her. When questioned she hung up.
