Just received a call from this number. Pushed 9 to talk to an agent. He said he worked for microsoft and that my computer had been hacked. He tried to be very convincing, but I, of course, just hung up on him. Pretty good scam they got going. He wanted me to turn over control of my system so he could "take care of the problem". Bastids.
