Some guy's recorded conversational voice asking for donations to some police association. Gotta love these robocalls, they even program it to get a little authoritative if you even attempt to question its reason for calling. In my case, I said they called before. "He" insisted that they only call once a year and I mentioned that the voice and spiel are all just like the last call. The robocall hung up on me, and the call doesn't go through when I called the number back back.
