he called today -very foreign voice - threats if there is no callback--recorded message - probably fraud-should be investigated by authorities

Got a call from this number today. Didn't answer. He left the recorded message repeated three times saying he represents IRS, blah blah.

I received the exact same call. Call quality extremely poor/choppy. Had to listen to message a couple of times to understand what was said.

Threatening call, recording saying they would take legal action against me if i didnt return the call. Assuming spam as i have done nothing wrong.
