never answer cloaked incoming calls; wasting my precious cell fone minits...have cheap airhorn at the ready when i weaken and answer this junk by accident. DNC is a political pacifier: both are WORTHLESS

They wanted me to give them my expiration date for my Chase card. I kept telling them I wanted more information about what they offer and if they were affiliated with Chase, BofA, ect of if they were a 3 party company. He said that he can lower my interest rate on all my cards and they would exchange the high interest one with a low interest one...I kept asking questions, I kept saying I don't know, and never gave any information then he hung up on me....SCAM! BEWARE!!

Yelp they did! When the answering machine answered they hung up! Please call back so you will know you were blocked! While you are calling me you are not calling (bothering) some one else! And Thank You!!!!!
