Since WCF is apparently calling from Big Sur, these scammers are approximately 2/3 of the distance heading north along the California coastline from the LA FBI Field Office -- losangeles.fbi.gov -- to the SF FBI Field Office -- sanfrancisco.fbi.gov . Are they intentionally making their scam robocalls from no-mans-land Big Sur in order to escape detection and law enforcement carried out by either one of these FBI jurisdictions for their (WCF's) possibly illegal activities??
