This isn't Microsoft, it's a scammer robocalled who's calling purporting to offer Microsoft services and support but it's a scam. Steer clear!

Recorded robot message telling me to click one to talk to someone for a refund on something to do with a purchase for my computer. I haven't used or bought anything for my computer or laptop for 2 years or better. I did not click on anything, I hung up!
