They continue to call me at least once a week. I have no student loans and have told them so. My "do not call" listing didn't do any good.

I just received the same exact message as above, from number 475-325-3258. Return called the 475 number and the phone gave a busy signal. Called the number (866-301-1414) and heard an automated message that sounded official, saying that I needed to give my reference number, and saying that I had 3 options for repayment. 1. loans under $10000, 2. loans over $10000, 3. have my name & number removed from the list.

I do not have a student loan but received this message anyway. I would say it’s SPAM:

“Yes, uh this is Sharon Hill I'm calling in reference to your federal student loan, um I need to discuss your repayment options with some new changes that have taken effect recently, so if you could please be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-301-1414, and um I'm going to go ahead and give you a reference number, if you could just have it handy when you call back it’ll make things a lot easier, your reference number is (XXXXXX)
