The caller did not state her name or business. Wanted to speak to the owner of the company. I advised her he was not in. She then asked if I would expect him later on. I told her he was on vacation. She then proceeded to ask for the second owner. I repeated asked what it was in reference to. She asked if I was the owner. I told her no we don't have a second owner. She then hung up on me.

A lady by the name of Sandra White called wanting to speak to the owner regarding scheduling a meeting.... After I told her politely the first time he was not interested, she was rudely persistent to trying to schedule this appointment. It unfortunately got to the point, where I had no choice but to hang up on her because she couldn't take no for answer.
