This number is being made out as it's not Kris digits, but Amber, her daughter's line, and a friend of mine from almost a decade ago. This information about Amber is wrong. Adios!

Kris is my mom. In a normal world, parents share lines with their kids if they ask to "borrow a phone". Not sure why they're marking 1885 as a scam call. How in the world does Lindsey know who is an additional user or not, too? Never knew Lindsey Munro had this number.
