The automated message was a female's voice and was rather fast speaking, making it rather hard to write down everything that was stated in the message. Bits and pieces were:

"This is Rachael with cardholder services... there is no problem with your account... urgent that you contact ... eligible to lower interest rate to 6.9% ... press 1 to speak with ...

NO option was provided to STOP the calls. I DID get through to a woman in a noisy environment who told me she was in account services and wanted to know if I had credit card debt over 4k or 10% interest. I said probably. Then she went on, and I interupted her saying I had a hard time hearing here because of all the noise, and she said have a nice day and hung up.

They said that their was nothing wrong with my credit card accounts, but that they wanted to talk to me about lowering my interest on my credit cards if I owed more than $3000.00. To hold on and someone would come on to talk to me. When they came on they asked if I wanted to lower my interest rates and I asked to speak with someone and they emediately hung up on me and when I try to call back I got a busy signal.
