The recording specifies they can lower my credit card interest rate. Press 1 to talk to a representative. I have received these calls in the past from many different numbers and have pressed 1 to tell the person I am on the national do-not-call list and not to call me. One time they were polite but usually they just hang up or ignore what I said and ask if I have any credit cards.
