This is a scam.
They ask if you're going to be home the following day so they can deliver legal documents. Sorry, but if legal documents are being delivered to you, an officer just shows up. Total scam, I've reported them to the US Dept. Of Justice and my local police Dept.,if you recieve, I recommend you do the same.
