Got this call at 10:40 AM. Caller ID said Unknown. It was a woman who said her name was Amy from Medicare seniors. She wanted me to confirm my address and when I told her that I wasn't giving any information over the phone because I didn't know who she was she became very annoyed and kept repeating that she was Amy from Medicare seniors. She then went into her "pitch", but I couldn't understand her because she spoke to fast. When I told her this she hung up. Definitely a scam.

I never answer a number I don't recognize. They did not leave a VM, and the caller ID showed only the number. What a bunch of scumbags.

Thanks for Caller ID........!
If you get a call and the number doesn't come up on caller ID, you don't personally recognize the name; caller information is unavailable, anonymous, name not found, or any other questionable display, DON'T ANSWER.
For number 832-802-2516 my caller ID said unavailable, so I didn't answer. This is just another intrusion into your privacy to gain information. People all over the world are trying to scam the USA and citizens.
Be careful!!! When you answer the phone, DON'T CONFIRM OR GIVE OUT ANY INFORAMTION. If they ask for you by name, STOP & THINK. Don't Acknowledge or Confirm who you are OR ANY INFORMATION they may tell you. The slightest information you provide can be all that is needed to steal your ID. You don't have to answer any questions on the phone.
Turn the table!!! The first thing to do is ask them: What is your name, spell your name, what is your phone number, what company do you work for, where are you calling from, what is your supervisors name, ask to speak to their supervisor. If a supervisor comes on the line then repeat the process. If they threaten you with arrest, tell you your computer has been hacked, or any other scare tactic, call them a liar and a cheat. Tell them that you are taping the telephone call. You know where they are calling from and you are working with the FBI. They usually have hung up long before this. If not make it your game or just hang up.
