Caller with heavy accent claiming to be calling from a different state than the caller ID says. Claims i am one of a lucky 50 people to win a $5,000 grant without ever applying for it, and says i can use it for anything i want if I dont want to go back to school ... Then why would it be the US Dept of Student Grants calling? Yeah right.
