Heavy Spam about college loans

Repeated night time calls from this number, no message left. I think I answered one time and there was no reply, but I'd say I think I was being recorded from the way the line sounded. Is there a reason they are allowed an advertisement on google? The number is listed with a Huston Texas area code. If you want to report it to the police, you would need to call and notify the police in Huston.

Student loan finance scammers

Just received a call, no one said anything. Phone hung up, called back and the number was not in service.

I got a call from 832-857-0274. It was an automated message saying that there is a huge penalty with student loans now and I need to talk to a representative right away. I hung up, as I don't have any pending student loans. This is obviously a scam.
How do we report this to police...
