Just found out that it is a collection agency, licensed in the state of New York, but using a local are code. When I went to the site and found out they were in Florida, licensed in New York State ( the address is one of Portfolios and using local area codes.

I don't know who these people are, someone named Kelly Austin called and would not tell me the name of the company that she worked for.
