Just got a call from this terribly recorded IRS warning that I'm under investigation. I am half tempted to call the number just to wind them up
Spoofed number doesn't surprise me. The person I got the first time I got this number calling me could barely speak English, couldn't pronounce my very simple last name, and claimed to be working for the IRS, a very often-run scam in my part of Wisconsin. I'll be blocking it.
