She's not helping anyone take care of anything. It's all a scam. The same people called me from a different number and represented themselves as a different company and a different individual. Said they lost my call during a transfer. Uhmmmm, no you didn't, I hung up on you. Asked me to verify my SSN and DOB and told me it's a federal and state law that I have to do that. Funny, didn't find anything in my research that says I need to verify anything.
